Adult Squash allows for lifelong, positive engagement in our sport and provides opportunities for all levels both on and off the court. There is a tremendous amount of programming and opportunity for players of all ages and abilities to start playing or otherwise participate at hundreds of facilities across the United States.  An active lifestyle is incredibly important for general health, and participating in organized sport, such as squash, is proven to have many long lasting, positive benefits on the all-around wellness of a person

Seventeen age division national champions were crowned at the 2026 U.S. Masters Championships, April 10-12, at Open Squash Bryant Park, Open Squash FiDi, Harvard Club and Yale Club in New York City. New York City Hosts U.S. Masters Championships

Nearly 250 players are set to compete in the 2026 U.S. Masters Championships in New York City this weekend, April 10-12.
