The Singles Rules for 2009 have been revised to reflect current Refereeing practises and to take into account proposals of member nations. The general format of the previous Rules has been followed. The Rules are followed by a set of Appendices which include Guidelines for the interpretation of the Rules.
The Guidelines are to be read in conjunction with the Rules.
