Email Updates: Please note email updates about the Tournament have been emailed to the player's registered email address with their U.S. SQUASH account.

If you would like to recieve tournament email updates please email tournaments@ussquash.com  with subject "ADD ME - Masters" to be added to the email list.

WITHDRAWS
If you need to withdraw from the tournament you must do this in writing to tournaments@ussquash.com with the subject "Withdraw from - MASTERS." It is also the responsibility of each player that has signed up for the tournament to check the "Cut List" to ensure they have withdrawn properly.

Entry Deadline 
Entries and payments must be received by Friday, Februar 19th, 2010, 5:00 PM EST. No phone or fax entries accepted, entries will only be accepted via Online Tournament Registration.  No refunds will be provided after the Entry Deadline.

WOMEN’S AGE DIVISIONS *:

Women may compete in up to two divisions. Three hours in between match times will not be guaranteed. Please contact tournaments@ussquash.com if you're interested. There will be no additional cost

*Age divisions are open to players of all nationalities. For divisions not filled by 8, 16, 32 or 64, late entries may be accepted at the discretion of U.S. SQUASH. U.S. SQUASH reserves the right to combine draws with fewer than 8 players.

For any International players who would like to submitt seeding information please email tournaments@ussquash.com with the subject "MASTERS - SEEDING INFORMATION" to provide national ranking, recents results and any other helpful information.

Start: ALL players should be ready to start play on Friday, March 12 at 9:00 am. Division start times will be posted after March 8th to assist for your planning purposes.
End: ALL players should be available for match times up to Sunday, March 14 till 5:00 p.m.

Eligibility: 
Age divisions are open to players of all nationalities. Players must be of age for their age division by March 12th, 2010. U.S. citizens and residents must be current U.S. SQUASH members through the last day of the tournament. U.S. citizens and residents must have played in at least one U.S. SQUASH sanctioned tournament (skill level or age group) or in two U.S. SQUASH sanctioned league matches between April 1st, 2009 and February 26th, 2010. Players may only play in one division.

Format and Scoring
Matches will be best 3 out of 5 games with PAR scoring to 11.

Entry Fees

Early Bird - by Jan. 29 - $125 per player - Includes player gift
Regular Entry Fee - by Feb. 19 - $150 per player - Includes player gift
Late Entry Fee - after Feb. 19 $195 per players - for any entries received after the deadline.

Tournament Registration

TOURNAMENT POLICIES

Attire:
Competitors must wear appropriate squash attire.

Ball: 
Dunlop Revelation Pro (double yellow dot) will be the official tournament ball.

Code of Conduct: 
The U.S. SQUASH Code of Conduct and Regulations apply.

Divisions:
Draws may be limited in size if necessary.  Draws with fewer than eight players may be combined. If it is necessary to combine age groups entrants will be moved to the appropriate level. Players may only play in one division.

Protective Eyewear:
ASTM-F803 approved protective eyewear must be worn by all players at all times while on court. Failure to comply may result in disqualification.

Refereeing:
Losers of matches will be required to referee a match during the next scheduled match time. Failure to comply may result in disqualification.

Sanctioning:
The tournament is sanctioned by U.S. SQUASH.
