Entry Deadline Entries and payments must be received by Friday, March 26th, 2010, 5:00 PM EST. No phone or fax entries accepted, entries will only be accepted via Online Tournament Registration. No refunds will be provided after the Entry Deadline.
Scheduled Tournament times: Start: ALL players should be ready to start play on Friday, April 16 at 4:00 pm. Division start times will be posted after April 7th to assist for your planning purposes. End: ALL players should be available for match times up to Sunday, April 18 till 5:00 p.m.
Players should plan accordingly.

Eligibility:
Players must be current members of U.S. SQUASH through the last day of the tournament. Players’ rating must fall within the range of division entered, as of the rankings run on March 29th, 2010. Players must have played in at least one U.S. SQUASH sanctioned tournament (skill level or age group) or in two U.S. SQUASH sanctioned league matches between April 1st, 2009 and March 29th, 2010. The tournament committee reserves the right to place a player in a division other than that which they have entered or which their rating might reflect in order to maintain appropriate competitiveness in draws.
Format and Scoring Matches will be best 3 out of 5 games with PAR scoring to 11.

TOURNAMENT POLICIES
Attire: Competitors must wear appropriate squash attire.
Ball: Dunlop Revelation Pro (double yellow dot) will be the official tournament ball.
Code of Conduct: The U.S. SQUASH Code of Conduct and Regulations apply.
Divisions: Draws may be limited in size if necessary. Draws with fewer than eight players may be combined. If it is necessary to combine Skill Levels entrants will be moved to the appropriate level. Players may only play in one division.
Protective Eyewear: ASTM-F803 approved protective eyewear must be worn by all players at all times while on court. Failure to comply may result in disqualification.
Refereeing: Losers of matches will be required to referee a match during the next scheduled match time. Failure to comply may result in disqualification. Winners may be asked to referee if the need arises.
Sanctioning: The tournament is sanctioned by U.S. SQUASH. |
