Entry Deadline:
Entries and payments must be received by Friday, April 16 th, 2010, 5:00 PM EST. No phone or fax entries accepted. No refunds will be provided after the Entry Deadline.

Draws with fewer than four entrants may be combined.

Format and Scoring:
The tournament will be double elimination. Matches will be best 3 out of 5 games with the 15 point-a-rally scoring.

Final Cut List and Start Times:
Final Cut List will be posted to www.ussquash.com on April 2nd, 2009.

Tournament Location and Information:
The tournament will be held at the Round Hill Club, 33 Round Hill Road, Greenwich CT
Accommodations:
Housing will be available. Please request billeting on your entry form so we know well in advance to provide enough housing.
Meals:
Free Breakfast Saturday and Sunday & Lunch on Saturday
Attire
Competitors must wear squash attire.
Ball
The Dunlop Elite Doubles Hardball will be the official ball.
Code of Conduct
The U.S. SQUASH Code of Conduct Rules apply.
Eligibility
Players must be of age for their age division and current members of U.S. SQUASH through the last day of the tournament.
Format and Scoring
The tournament will be full feed in consolation. Matches will be best 3 out of 5 games with the 15 point-a-rally scoring.
Protective Eyewear
ASTM-F803 approved protective eyewear must be worn by all players at all times while on court. Failure to comply may result in disqualification.
Refereeing
The losing team and one player from the winning team will be required to referee a match during the next scheduled match time. Failure to comply may result in disqualification.
Refunds
No refunds will be provided after the Entry Deadline.
Sanctioning
The tournament is U.S. SQUASH Sanctioned.
