Looking towards the 2014 High School Team Squash Championships in Philadelphia, PA, US Squash wants to follow up with the coaches and team organizers from last year’s championships regarding entry fees for the tournament. While US Squash has heard from some of the teams, many teams still need to notify US Squash of how to handle last year’s entry fees.
Teams can either (1) receive a full refund for the 2013 High School Championships, or (2) apply the 2013 fee to the 2014 High School Team Squash Championships.
For teams that have not done so already, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with their request of how to handle last year’s entry fee.
Note that if US Squash has not heard from a team by Monday, October 28th, then a team’s registration fee will be refunded. However, the credit card processor does not store data for transactions beyond 120 days as a security measure designed to protect credit card data.
In order to receive a refund, coaches need to contact email@example.com with their team name, request, and credit card information to reverse the original charge.
