For a third consecutive month, Olivia Blatchford’s world ranking has risen to a career high.

The twenty-four year old has risen one place up to world No. 12 in December’s PSA world rankings. The jump comes after Blatchford reached her second World Series second round at the Hong Kong Open last month.

Further down the rankings, former world No. 6 Amanda Sobhy descends to world No. 25 having spent the last nine months recovering from a ruptured Achilles in March. The Harvard graduate has revealed she is near a return to competitive play with her sights set on a return at the 2018 J.P. Morgan Tournament of Champions next month. Fellow Crimson graduate Haley Mendez moved up one position to world No. 50.

On the men’s side, Todd Harrity returned to the top fifty, moving up three places to world No. 48. Teammates Chris Gordon moved down two places to world No. 62, while Chris Hanson moved up one place to world No. 78.
