Withdraw/Change Division Policies

WITHDRAW AND REFUND REQUESTS

  • Withdraw Request:
    • Any withdraw at any time: Approved
  • Refund Request:
    • Before the registration deadline: Approved
    • After the registration deadline and in the Main Draw: Denied
    • After the registration deadline and on the Wait List: Approved
  • Late Withdraws/Rankings Penalty:
    • Before the Withdraw Deadline (12:00pm, NOON, in the timezone of the tournament, on the Wednesday 1.5 weeks before the start of the tournament): No Penalty

DIVISION CHANGE REQUESTS

  • ALL TOURNAMENTS
    • Before the registration deadline: Approved
    • After the registration deadline and before seeding is done for the tournament: Depends on the number of players in the draw
  • BRONZE/SILVER
    • If the draw is not at 32: Approved.
    • If the draw is at 32 players: Denied and the player goes on the waitlist
  • GOLD/JCT
    • Before 12:00pm EST NOON on the Wednesday 1.5 weeks before the start of the tournament (Division Size Lock Time): Depends on the number of players in the draw:
      • If the draw is not at 32: Approved
      • If the draw is already at 32 players: Denied and the player goes on the waitlist
    • After 12:00pm EST NOON on the Wednesday 1.5 weeks before the start of the tournament (Division Size Lock Time): Denied, or a player can move to the waitlist
    • After seeding is completed: Denied, or a player can move to the waitlist
