Assistant Coach for Men’s and Women’s Squash

Williams College, a Division III institution and a member of the New England Small College Athletics Conference (NESCAC), invites applications for the position of Assistant Coach of Men’s and Women’s Squash for the academic year 2019-20. This is a full-time, 10-month, term appointment. The appointment will begin September 1, 2019.

Responsibilities include practice and game day coaching, travel organization and game-day operations, team transportation and driving, video analysis, recruiting, administrative office duties, and other duties as assigned. Will serve as the Acting Head Coach November 1 – December 3l, 2019.

Bachelor’s degree required, previous college coaching or playing experience preferred. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively preferred. The successful candidate will be self-motivated and possess the ability to recruit, teach, and coach highly talented scholar-athletes who can succeed in a challenging academic environment. We are especially interested in individuals who have experience with diverse populations who can contribute to the diversity and excellence of athletic opportunities at Williams.
